Lordy, Lordy.....

I turned 40!!!! Well, officially I turn 40 tomorrow, but I had a wonderful party with friends and family Saturday. My husband did a wonderful job organizing it. Lots of fun. Here are some shots of the cake and the food. The cake was made by my mother-in-law and the food was wonderfully prepared by my friend Mei who, again, outdid herself. Thanks so much everyone!!

Locke finally has a "purpose" and is more confident than ever, but seems a little creepy at the same time. I'm not sure what is going on with him. In any case, he seems to know exactly what he's doing, which bugs the he$$ out of Ben.

Finally, we are at the season finale episodes!! So much to talk about. Locke returns to The Other's camp, much to the surprise of Richard. (Who is working on a familiar ship in a bottle...aka...The Black Rock). Locke is again a man on a mission, which I love. I am hoping that he is still a good guy, but this episode made me question his motives for the first time.

Ellie questions Jack about Daniel and his diary. "How is this my handwriting when I don't remember writing it?" Jack reveals Daniel's plan to Ellie and tells her that he, indeed, was her son. Thinking that she can correct the fact that she has killed her own son, Ellie decides to help Jack. However, Kate is not okay with the plan but decides following Jack around is better than sitting in Other-town. However, when she fails to convice Jack that he is doing the wrong thing, she tries to leave, but Ellie & Co don't like that, so they try to stop her, then a gunshot, and Kate grabs her stomach, and......

"HERE HE COMES TO SAVE THE DAY!!!!" Hooray!!! Sayid is back!!! Poor Sayid...thinking he had changed the past only to find out that Ben is still alive. In any case, Kate leaves, Sayid is on board the Jack-Jughead-Bomb train and he and Jack follow Ellie and Richard to the temple caves to find the bomb.

Ellie: "Now what?" Exactly Ellie.

Hurley brought dinner too! However, he is still wearing a red shirt. NOOOOO!!!! I loved the whole question/answer session between him and Chang. "Okay dude, we're from the future." BTW, the president at that time was Jimmy Carter, Hurley.

"We'll buy Microsoft stocks." Sawyer....still thinking your actually going to get off the island. Silly boy. I do like your thinking though, and I love Sawyer and Juliette together. I don't want Kate screwing it up now. Kate better watch out, because I don't think she would win in a Kate/Juliette catfight without the smoke monster coming to her rescue.

So the sub leaves. Bad effects on this one, but it got the point across. The previews for next week show Juliette, Sawyer and Kate back on the island though, so I wonder which one of them knows how to navigate a sub. I'm betting on Juliette.

The Exodus is on again...only this time, John is the leader and the're off to see our old friend, Jacob. The finale next week promises to finally reveal to us who Jacob is and fill in that huge hole once and for all. However, his story may be short lived.

Ben: "Then why are we going to Jacob?" John: "So I can kill him."

............wth???

Bring on next week already!!!!!
